The ideal candidate will have 20+ years in UPVC extrusion, deep process and machinery knowledge, and a proven track record of leading large scale plants, improving productivity, quality, and cost control.

• Strong technical knowledge of UPVC extrusion processes, machinery, dies, process parameters, and production operations.

Eureka Windoor Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented GM – Plant Head to lead our extrusion plant operations and drive manufacturing excellence.

We are specifically looking for a candidate with a strong technical and operational background in the UPVC Extrusion / Pipe Extrusion Industry, with a minimum of 20+ years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and process control.

Drive production efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence across extrusion lines.

Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources.

Monitor production planning, process parameters, product quality, and overall plant performance.
