Job summary

Sriyam Consultants in Bengaluru seeks an experienced MS Purview and M365 security professional with 7–10 years of hands-on expertise. You will drive security, compliance, discovery and policy management across Microsoft 365 tools, Purview, Defender and related data governance services.

Ideal candidate will implement DLP, sensitivity labels, auto-labelling and DPDP controls, while providing L3 support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory posture.

Qualifications

• 7–10 yrs of experience in Microsoft 365 security, compliance and Purview governance.
• Experience with M365 Defender, DLP and eDiscovery tools is required.
• Proven track record implementing data loss prevention, sensitivity labeling and DPDP controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 security support and incident response for Microsoft 365 environments.
• Lead data governance tasks using Data Map, Unified Catalog and Purview policies.
• Collaborate on sensitivity labeling, auto-labelling and compliance programs across the org.
