• Implement procurement systems and tools to streamline processes.

• Manage supplier relationships, including communications and evaluations.
• Analyse inventory levels and forecasts to optimize stock and costs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable sourcing laws and regulations.
• Knowledge of end-to-end materials sourcing in real estate.
• Awareness of new vendor developments.

• Experience in contract management, quotation preparation and price negotiation.

As a Purchase Executive , you will play a crucial role in the Purchase department to manage procurement of materials, vendor handling, cost control, price negotiation & new vendor development etc.

**Responsibilities: **

• Implement procurement systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Source and negotiate with potential suppliers, assess their capabilities and evaluate their suitability based on predefined criteria.
• Manage supplier relationships, including regular communication, performance evaluations and issue resolution.
• Analyse inventory levels, demand forecasts and consumption patterns to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to sourcing activities.
• Real Estate company end to end materials sourcing knowledge
• Knowledge of New Vendor developments
• Good Knowledge about Civil, Electrical & Finishing items for construction.
• Good knowledge about contract management, quotation preparation & price negotiation.
