Job summary

POSHS CINOTI PVT. LTD. located in Asawali, Taluka-Khandala, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra, is seeking a dynamic Purchase Executive to manage procurement of raw materials, fabrication consumables, MRO items and related services for uninterrupted plant operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in purchase/procurement, with exposure to steel procurement, vendor development, price negotiation and ERP/SAP/Tally knowledge. MBA in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement.
• Candidates from Heavy Fabrication, Formwork, Structural Steel Fabrication, Infrastructure, Engineering Manufacturing, Construction Equipment, Auto/Industrial Fabrication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly purchase requirements per production schedules.
• Procure MS plates, structural sections, channels, angles, flats, pipes, welding consumables, fasteners and MRO items.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production stoppage.
• Develop and manage reliable vendor/supplier network.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons and negotiate price, payment and delivery terms.

WE ARE HIRING PURCHASE EXECUTIVE

Location: Asawali, Taluka-Khandala, Dist. Satara, Maharashtra

POSITION: PURCHASE EXECUTIVE: We are looking for a dynamic, commercially strong and result-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement of raw materials, fabrication consumables, MRO items, services and other materials required for smooth and uninterrupted plant operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute daily / weekly / monthly purchase requirements as per production and project schedules.
• Procure MS Plates, Structural Sections, Channels, Angles, Flats, Pipes, Welding Consumables, Fasteners and MRO items.( Maintenance , Repair & Operations )
• Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production stoppage.
• Develop and manage reliable vendor/supplier network.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements and negotiate price, payment and delivery terms.
• Monitor Purchase Orders, supplier commitments and material deliveries.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance and Accounts.
• Ensure proper GRN, PO-GRN-Invoice matching and bill booking.
• Coordinate for material quality issues, rejection, replacement and supplier corrective actions.
• Develop alternate sources and identify opportunities for cost reduction and savings.
• Monitor steel/material market rates and negotiate competitive prices.
• Maintain purchase records and ensure compliance with QMS / ISO 9001 procedures.
• Procure fabrication-related services such as machining, galvanizing, surface treatment, calibration, transportation and repair services.
• Maintain optimum inventory and minimize emergency purchases.
• Ensure Zero Production Stoppage due to material shortage and provide timely service to internal departments.

QUALIFICATION

• B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
• MBA – Operations / Supply Chain / Materials Management preferred

EXPERIENCE:

3–5 Years of relevant experience in Purchase / Procurement

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

• Heavy Fabrication
• Formwork / Shuttering Manufacturing
• Structural Steel Fabrication
• Infrastructure Industry
• Engineering Manufacturing
• Construction Equipment
• Auto / Auto Ancillary / Industrial Fabrication

Candidates having strong experience in Steel Procurement, Fabrication Consumables, Vendor Development and Negotiation will be preferred.
