Job summary

Pharvinex International in Kota, Rajasthan, India, invites applications for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality and timely delivery of goods and services. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in pharma/chemical procurement.

You will float enquiries, evaluate supplier offers, negotiate terms, prepare POs, track orders, and coordinate with stores, production, QA and accounts to ensure smooth operation and timely payments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in pharma/chemical procurement.
• Fluent in English (verbal & written).
• API Pharma / Chemical sector experience.

Responsibilities

• Enquiry floating for all requisitions received.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Negotiate order terms and pricing.
• Prepare PO in software.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information.
• Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries of items.
• Coordinate with Stores and Production for smooth operation.
• Liaise with Accounts for release of payments.
• New Vendor development in coordination with QA.
• Arrange Vendor Qualification documents.
• Maintain stock of daily consumable items.
• Keep records of all material purchases.
