Responsibilities

• Manage procurement process from need identification to receipt of goods/services.
• Coordinate with departments to understand needs, issue POs and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop procurement policies to ensure efficient, transparent, compliant process.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure purchased goods/services meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure understanding of quality requirements and monitor performance.

• Developing procurement policies and procedures that ensure the organization's procurement process is efficient, transparent, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships to ensure that the organization receives high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
• Ensuring that the goods and services purchased meet the required quality standards.
• Working with suppliers to ensure that they understand the organization's quality requirements and monitoring supplier performance to ensure that they meet these requirements.
