Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Pune is seeking a qualified engineer with 2-4 years of experience in chemical or mechanical disciplines. The role involves handling unit operations, cost estimation, and calculations for materials and energy balances, along with procurement and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination abilities to ensure timely delivery of services. Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and S4HANA is preferred.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience.
• Knowledge of unit operations and unit processes.
• Knowledge of cost estimation.
• Understanding of materials and energy balance, process calculation, and plant utility calculation.
• Experience with process equipment, instruments, and electrical procurement.
• Floating inquiries, obtaining quotations, and following up with vendors.
• Technical evaluation and commercial comparison of quotations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Coordination with internal and external teams for delivery of service.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering duties aligned with chemical or mechanical processes.
• Assist in preparing technical evaluations and quotations.
• Coordinate with vendors for inquiries and orders.
• Support internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

• Software skills: Excel, Tally and S4HANA.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates Must have an Experience in Chemical & Pharmaceutical Industry.
