Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Lucknow invites a BE/B.Tech engineer (Chemical/Mechanical) with 2-4 years of experience to join the procurement and engineering support team. The role focuses on unit operations, cost estimation, and process calculations to support project delivery.

You will handle vendor inquiries, evaluate quotations, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely and compliant execution. Proficiency in Excel, Tally, and S4HANA is desirable.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of unit operations, unit processes, and cost estimation.
• Understanding materials and energy balance, process calculation, and plant utility calculation.
• Familiar with engineering items like process equipment, instruments, and electrical procurement.
• Ability to float inquiries, obtain quotations, and follow up with vendors.
• Technical evaluation and cost comparison of quotations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for timely delivery.
• Software skills: Excel, Tally, and S4HANA.

Responsibilities
