Responsabilidades

• Handle daily incoming inquiry emails related to expense reports via Concur inbox.
• Process monthly expenses via Concur Expense Reporting System.
• Research outstanding check payments and perform W9/TIN matching for new suppliers.
• Post wire payments executed by Treasury and prepare AP accruals.
• Prepare AP reconciliations and accrued purchases reports; month-end closing tasks.
• Assist in training users on Concur, NetSuite and Medius systems.
• Participate in NetSuite Change Control meetings bi-weekly.
• Facilitate Concur Change Control meetings monthly.
