Job summary

Twain Communications in Mumbai seeks a Public Relations Manager with a strong luxury lifestyle, beauty, fashion or hospitality background who understands how PR intersects with marketing, content, partnerships and brand storytelling.

You will own clients end-to-end, independently manage multiple luxury accounts, and deliver consistent visibility and coverage through strategic pitching, media relationships and brand collaborations.

Qualifications

• From a PR / media agency background
• 4+ years of relevant experience in luxury lifestyle, beauty, fashion, hospitality, wellness or premium consumer brands
• Has a strong, active media network in Mumbai across print, digital, fashion, lifestyle and culture
• Clearly understands brand collaborations, partnerships and integrated marketing strategies
• Confident writing and editing press releases, pitch notes and strategic angles
• Well-presented, articulate and polished - comfortable dealing with senior media and luxury clients
• Can work independently, manage pressure and handle multiple accounts seamlessly
• Is proactive, detail-oriented and has a strong instinct for what makes a story newsworthy

Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day client servicing across luxury, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, hospitality and allied categories
• Developing pitch notes, story angles, press releases, brand narratives and talking points
• Executing daily pitching across print, digital, broadcast and new-age platforms
• Building and maintaining strong media relationships with editors, journalists, stylists and content creators
• Media mapping aligned to each client’s positioning and objectives
• Securing consistent, high-quality coverage results and tracking outcomes
• Strategising brand collaborations, partnerships and visibility moments in line with marketing goals
• Liaising directly with press for interviews, features, event coverage and exclusives
• Supporting and executing brand events, launches, shoots and experiential moments
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure messaging, timing and positioning are aligned
• Representing clients and the agency professionally at meetings, events and industry interactions

Budget: 12–13 LPA (depending on experience & network)

This role is for someone who understands modern PR, can own clients end-to-end, and consistently deliver visibility and coverage.
