Job summary

MSL India in Mumbai is seeking a client services professional with 4-6 years’ experience to lead mandates and coordinate with senior and junior colleagues.

You will manage day-to-day client activities, participate in business development, and often run client meetings. You will own media and influencer outreach, engaging with journalists and potential influencers.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years’ experience leading a mandate with senior/junior colleagues.
• Understanding of how agency services contribute to client retention and growth.
• Articulate and professional in representation and conduct.
• Able to guide and mentor junior colleagues.
• Respectful and tactful with co-workers and clients; team and client-first mindset.
