Job summary

Fraganote is seeking a PR professional to develop and execute strategic communications that align with our fashion and lifestyle brand. You will build strong media relationships and create compelling brand stories across leading outlets in India.

With 2–4 years of PR experience, you will drive launches, manage campaigns, and coordinate with external agencies to maximize coverage and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies aligned with overall brand and marketing objectives.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists, editors, publications, and relevant industry stakeholders.


• Identify and proactively pursue relevant media opportunities across fashion, lifestyle, business, culture, and consumer publications.


• Develop and distribute press releases, media pitches, brand stories, and press notes.


• Drive product launches, campaign PR, brand announcements, collaborations, and other key initiatives.


• Manage end-to-end PR campaigns, from ideation and pitching to execution and coverage tracking.


• Identify opportunities for founder, leadership, and brand profiling across relevant publications and platforms.


• Coordinate with external PR agencies, if applicable, and ensure effective execution of PR initiatives.


• Build and maintain a strong database of relevant media contacts and relationships.


• Monitor media coverage, track PR performance, and prepare regular reports and insights.


• Stay updated on fashion, lifestyle, D2C, consumer, and cultural trends to identify relevant PR opportunities.


• Work closely with social, influencer, content, and marketing teams to create integrated brand visibility opportunities.


• Manage PR budgets, timelines, deliverables, and external partners where required.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in PR, communications, or brand communications.


• Prior experience with D2C, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or consumer brands is preferred.


• Strong existing relationships with relevant media houses, journalists, editors, and publications.


• Proven experience in developing PR campaigns and securing meaningful media coverage.


• Strong understanding of the Indian media and consumer-brand landscape.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong pitching, storytelling, networking, and relationship-management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
