Job summary

Mastek is seeking a seasoned PR & Communications leader to drive executive positioning, media relations, and thought leadership across our B2B technology services. You will shape narratives that strengthen brand and market positioning and guide global communications initiatives.

You will partner with senior leadership to develop executive messaging, manage relationships with media, and lead content strategy including bylined articles and thought leadership pieces.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Public Relations or Corporate Communications.
• Experience in a B2B technology services organization is a must.
• Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with senior leadership and external PR agencies.

• Lead the organization's content and thought leadership strategy, including bylined articles, executive blogs, media content, and industry viewpoints.
• Track and measure PR impact using relevant KPIs and media metrics.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8–10+ years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications in a PR agency or corporate environment.
• Prior experience in a B2B technology services organization is a must
• Strong media network
• Experience working with senior leadership and managing external PR agencies.
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
