• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, able to craft clear, compelling brand narratives.
• Proficiency in drafting Press Releases and other PR materials such as media pitches, briefing documents, and talking points.
• Experience in BFSI, wealth management, personal finance, tech, startups, or hospitality is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Role Description

The Public Relations Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves managing client accounts day-to-day, developing and executing PR strategies, and ensuring timely delivery of communication plans. The Account Manager will draft and review press releases, media notes, pitches, and other content, and coordinate media outreach to secure coverage aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities also include handling reputation management activities, supporting crisis communication efforts, monitoring media and social channels, and preparing reports and insights for clients. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including influencers and digital agencies, to maintain consistent brand messaging.
