Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Kitab is seeking a Growth Practice Architect to turn ancient wisdom and modern psychology into practical, daily practices that people actually do. You’ll build reflections, journaling prompts, habit plans and multi‑week programs, anchored in CBT, ACT and PERMA, with AI-assisted scaling.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior experts to design a library of practices and ensure psychological safety, quality, and relevance for users navigating busy lives.
Help people turn ancient wisdom into small daily practices that actually change their lives.
Ancient wisdom + modern psychology + you = practices that stick.
Wisdom is everywhere. Doing it daily is the hard part.
Kitab brings ancient wisdom to modern problems, so people can Know, Grow and Free themselves. We have the ideas, the texts and the experts. What we need now is a psychology-trained practitioner who can turn all of it into practices people actually do on a busy Tuesday morning: reflections, journaling prompts, habit plans, guided exercises and multi-week programs.
Grounded in certified frameworks. Loved by real users. Designed by you.
Kitab is a Sunera Group venture. You'll report to Ravi Reddy Kaki, CEO.
30 days: a practice design template agreed with our experts, a framework library (CBT, ACT, positive psychology, habit science, coaching), and your first 5 practices ready for the app
60 days: new practices going live every week, a feedback loop running with real Kitab users, and audio and video scripts reviewed by you for psychological accuracy
90 days: at least one multi-week growth program live in the app, with completion and feedback tracked from day one
users finish what they start, come back for more, every practice maps to a recognised framework, and experts sign off so users feel safe.
You bring the psychology judgement. AI multiplies your output.
Where AI doesn't get a say: anything that looks like therapy or crisis support. There, your judgement leads and people are pointed to professional help.
ICF coaching certification (ACC/PCC), training in a certified method, familiarity with the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads or Yoga Sutras, Hindi or Telugu, wellness, edtech or app experience
Design one 5‑minute practice for someone who can't stop overthinking. Tell us which framework it's built on and why. Half a page is plenty. We care about your thinking, not polish.
