Job summary

Elixihire in Bengaluru is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Nurse to join its mental health team. The role requires hands-on psychiatric nursing experience or completion of a recognised certification/course in Psychiatric Nursing.

The nurse will provide care, assess needs, administer medications, maintain records, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and effective treatment. Night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• ANM/ GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification.
• 1 to 6 years of experience in Psychiatric Nursing / mental health nursing.
• Recognition certification/course in psychiatric nursing may be considered.
• Valid nursing registration is mandatory.
• Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature approach.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
