NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP PS consultant with 8–14 years of exposure to PS, DMS, CATS and related modules. You will drive end-to-end implementations, configure PS, and ensure seamless integration with SD, MM, FICO, HR, PM, and PP across multi-project environments.

You will coordinate with global teams, design technical specs, and lead testing cycles, while traveling for project-specific assignments.

Formación

• 8 to 14 years of experience in SAP PS, DMS, CATS, WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time Sheets, Project Settlement, Project & Portfolio Management.
• Hands on experience in customization/configuration of SAP PS (Project Systems) module.
• Good configuration knowledge in WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time sheets, Project settlement etc.
• Strong knowledge on Project Scheduling.
• Expertise in integration of PS with SD, MM, FICO, HR, PM & PP.
• Knowledge on PS and DMS integration.
• Experience in working on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet).
• Experience with SAP PPM is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP PS implementations and act as a functional lead on multi-module projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional SAP consultants to translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Prepare functional specs for technical development and review test cycles.
• Participate in large-scale global enterprise implementations and travel as required.
• Provide guidance on end-to-end business processes in SAP PS areas.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management.

Job Description

• 8 to 14 years of experience in SAP PS, DMS, CATS, WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time Sheets, Project Settlement, Project & Portfolio Management.
• Hands on experience in customization/configuration of SAP PS (Project Systems) module.
• Good configuration knowledge in WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time sheets, Project settlement etc.
• Strong knowledge on Project Scheduling.
• Expertise in integration of PS with SD, MM, FICO, HR, PM & PP.
• Knowledge on PS and DMS integration.
• Experience in working on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet).
• Good understanding of Results Analysis.
• Good understanding of Progress Analysis.
• Experience in working on Assembly processing, Sales Pricing & Resource Related billing processes.
• At least one end-to-end implementation experience in Customer based projects and Capital projects.
• Experience in various PS standard reports & Standard tables.
• Must have experience on preparing Functional specifications for the technical requirements.
• Experience in working on LSMW & BDC.
• Good to have experience in working on interfaces like MS Project & Primavera.
• Experience with SAP PPM is an advantage.
• Experience in working on large scale global enterprise implementations.
• Strong understanding of end to end business processes in respective areas.
• Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong problem solving, troubleshooting skills along with sound judgement and decision-making skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• SAP Certification would be an advantage.
• Experience: Experience in SAP PS, DMS, CATS, WBS, Cost Planning, Budgeting, Project Procurement, Time Sheets, Project Settlement, Project & Portfolio Management, Results Analysis, Progress Analysis, Assembly processing, Sales Pricing, Resource Related billing processes, LSMW, BDC & interfaces like MS Project & Primavera.
• Curiosity and fast learning of new technical components and concepts.
• Coordinate with Functional SAP Consultants to understand business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements.
• Need to be a team player.

• Bachelor or Master degree.
