NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead OTC processes across Hyderabad and other major cities. You will drive end-to-end implementations, IDOC/EDI integrations, and cross-functional SAP SD activities with FICO, PP, MM and ABAP, while ensuring strong business process understanding and clear communication.

• Ability to design and configure business scenarios.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with client interaction.

Aufgaben

• Deliver end-to-end SAP SD projects including OTC processes.
• Manage 2–4 end-to-end implementations and ongoing support.
• Develop functional specs for changes and enhancements.
• Monitor tickets and ensure SLA-based resolution.
• Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Interact with customer leadership as needed.

Job Description

• Should have at least 2-4 end to end Implementations and Support experience
• SAP Certification in preferred
• Should be expertise in IDOC /LE, EDI-IDOCs
• Good Business process understanding
• Knowledge of SAP Best practices and building blocks
• Integration between SD and other core modules like FICO / PP / MM / ABAP
• Should be able to design and configure business scenarios
• Solution focused - be able to provide solutions
• Basic debugging skills
• Developing functional specifications for new developments / change requests
• Day to Day monitoring of tickets and work towards closure
• Analyzing the issues and provide estimates
• Development of functional specification documents for changes and enhancements
• Issue Resolution based on SLA
• Co-ordinate with technical team to resolve the issues in the given objects
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and concisely
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
• Need to be a team player
