Role Overview

We are seeking a Proxy Product Manager to drive the execution and day-to-day management of our internal products and platforms. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, seamless coordination, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will take strong ownership of product timelines, sprint execution, and internal product communication, working closely with developers, designers, QA, and leadership to keep initiatives on track and outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Proxy Product Manager for internal products, representing product priorities and execution needs
• Own and manage product timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate daily with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth execution
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and backlog grooming sessions
• Identify, track, and resolve blockers, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and task boards
• Track sprint progress and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Communicate clear status updates, risks, and progress reports to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure product requirements are well-defined, understood, and implemented correctly
• Support sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Assist with documentation, release notes, and internal product communications
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical execution

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Scrum Coordination
• Strong working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience collaborating closely with engineering and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and fast-moving initiatives
