Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Provider Sourcing Specialist to lead recruitment for designated medical specialties. You will source, screen, and refer providers, post openings, and maintain data accuracy in the applicant tracking system.

Collaboration with marketing and recruiting events will be key to expanding the provider pipeline. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of recruitment or sourcing experience, preferably in healthcare.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leads provider sourcing activities for designated specialties to fill openings with high-quality candidates.
• Sources, screens, and refers providers through CV review, database searches, cold calling, and in-depth phone interviews.
• Posts positions to job boards and uses advanced sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Builds relationships with hospital recruiters and leadership to understand provider needs and pipeline goals.
• Maintains the applicant tracking system to ensure postings are accurate and data up to date.
• Collaborates with Marketing to refresh recruitment content and support campaigns.
• Participates in national and local recruitment events to network and expand the pipeline.

• Partners with Marketing and Communications to reputed company collateral materials, update provider recruitment web content, and support event marketing campaigns.
• Develops recruitment strategies and targeted reputed company campaigns for assigned specialties.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives and recruitment best practices.
• Serves as a reputed company with reputed company agencies and search firms, ensuring candidate submissions are accurate and complete.
• Participates in national and local recruitment events to network, promote opportunities, and expand the provider pipeline.
• Supports reputed company Profile process by gathering, validating, and posting information in the applicant tracking system.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance and performs other duties as assigned.
