Job summary

Dauch Corporation seeks a Prototype Technician in Sriperumbudur to conduct tests on products and components, document results, and support test setup and calibration.

You will install and operate testing software and equipment, assemble components, validate performance, and help define testing criteria while contributing to engineering development.

• Select and ensure proper calibration of test equipment.
• Assemble and disassemble components pre- and post-test.
• Validate product capability and reliability via performance, environmental and operational tests.
• Document test outcomes by completing logs.
• Collect and document test data.
• Maintain safe test environment by following procedures and regulations.
• Maintain test information database by entering and backing up data.
• Keep test equipment operating by following instructions and procedures; troubleshoot breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to engineering success by adapting to change and seeking improvements.
