About the Role

• This role is responsible for leading end-to-end facility operations, maintenance, and service delivery across residential living spaces. The position ensures safe, compliant, and well-maintained environments through strong governance, preventive maintenance, budget management, and effective team and vendor leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and proactively drive end-to-end site operations across soft and hard services, ensuring consistent SLA delivery and anticipating operational gaps
• Take full accountability for asset performance and upkeep, conducting regular inspections and initiating improvements before issues arise
• Proactively plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted operations
• Own vendor governance, continuously monitoring performance, driving improvements, and ensuring SOP and contractual compliance
• Ensure proactive compliance with statutory and EHS standards, identifying risks early and implementing preventive controls
• Drive structured governance (DMR, MMR, QBR) with forward-looking insights, action planning, and timely closure of gaps
• Own manpower planning proactively, ensuring optimal staffing, productivity, and zero disruption due to absenteeism
• Take accountability for accurate payroll inputs and billing data, ensuring no delays or discrepancies
• Lead and develop teams with a proactive performance mindset, ensuring high grooming standards, discipline, and continuous capability building
• Build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across the site
• Drive proactive resident engagement and community initiatives, enhancing experience and strengthening brand value
• Own end-to-end complaint and escalation management, with a focus on early resolution and prevention of repeat issues
• Ensure continuous audit readiness, proactively closing gaps and strengthening compliance frameworks
• Own incident management with a preventive approach, reducing recurrence through root cause analysis
• Take financial ownership of the site, proactively managing billing, cost control, and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service quality
• Own NPS and resident satisfaction, proactively identifying improvement areas and enhancing service delivery
• Drive innovation through curated and value-added services, elevating the overall community living experience

Qualification and Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; engineering background preferred.
• Relevant experience in facility or property management roles.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of preventive, predictive, and protective maintenance practices.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and execution ability.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple projects concurrently.
