Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Godrej GCR, Gurgaon. You will lead the Property Management Services, ensuring operational excellence and site efficiency through coordinated management of facilities, vendors, and stakeholders.

The role requires 10–15 years of experience in managing commercial real estate, with a strong grasp of BMS, HVAC, and LEED/GRIHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing commercial real estate properties, preferably Grade-A assets.
• Strong understanding of building management systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and green building standards (GRIHA, WELL, LEED).
• Excellent communication, vendor management, budgeting, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site rounds to ensure proper maintenance of structures, building facilities, and services.
• Create, maintain, and coordinate as-built drawings and transition documents.
• Resolve emergency maintenance matters with urgency.
• Maintain strong relationship with projects, consultants, contractors, government authorities, and statutory agencies.
