The ideal candidate has 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or property operations, with fluency in Hindi mandatory; Marathi is a plus for local coordination.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in hotel, resort, boutique stay, or luxury property management.
• Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory. Knowledge of Marathi / Local Maharashtrian language will be an added advantage for local coordination.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
• High standards for cleanliness, property upkeep, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, nature-centric jungle environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accommodation Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, luxury-grade hygiene, and maintenance for geodesic glamping domes and homestay accommodations.
• Restaurant & Dining Operations: Manage daily restaurant workflows, food quality standards, and dining service hygiene to ensure an exceptional guest culinary experience.
• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Manage end-to-end guest journeys—from warm welcomes to concierge support—ensuring high comfort standards and guest safety protocols.
• Facility & Team Leadership: Supervise property support staff, handle day-to-day maintenance logistics, and implement eco-friendly property systems.

Vanyadome Agro Glamp LLP, located in the pristine jungles of Tadoba, Maharashtra, is looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Property Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or property operations to oversee the daily functions of our luxury geodesic glamping domes, homestay rooms, and on-site restaurant.

About the Role

As the Property Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our property. Your focus will be on delivering high-touch guest comfort, maintaining flawless property standards, and leading our on-site team right at the edge of the Tadoba forest.

Key Responsibilities

• Accommodation Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, luxury-grade hygiene, and maintenance for both our specialized geodesic glamping domes and homestay accommodations.
• Restaurant & Dining Operations: Manage daily restaurant workflows, food quality standards, and dining service hygiene to ensure an exceptional guest culinary experience.
• Guest Experience & Hospitality: Manage end-to-end guest journeys—from warm welcomes to concierge support—ensuring high comfort standards and guest safety protocols (especially for senior citizens).
• Facility & Team Leadership: Supervise property support staff, handle day-to-day maintenance logistics, and implement eco-friendly property systems (waste management, water conservation).

What We Are Looking For

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in hotel, resort, boutique stay, or luxury property management.
• Fluency in Hindi is Mandatory. Knowledge of Marathi / Local Maharashtrian language will be an added advantage for local coordination.
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
