Job summary

H K Jewels seeks a Real Estate Acquisitions Lead to identify strategic showroom locations and manage end-to-end property deals in targeted regions.

You will conduct market analysis, build a strong network of developers and authorities, and coordinate with legal, finance, design, and operations to close acquisitions and begin store fit-outs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and secure strategic retail locations for new showroom development in targeted regions.
• Conduct comprehensive market research including catchment area analysis, demographic profiling, competitor benchmarking, and footfall studies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate consultants, landlords, and local authorities to generate a robust pipeline of site opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on lease or purchase agreements, ensuring commercially viable terms aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, design, and operations to ensure timely closure and compliance of property acquisitions.
• Maintain a structured database of potential and acquired properties along with key commercial terms, legal status, and approval timelines.
• Monitor real estate trends, regulatory changes, and zoning norms to guide strategic decision-making.
• Support the project execution team by facilitating handovers and approvals post-acquisition to ensure smooth commencement of store fit-outs.
