The Edge Partnership in India is seeking an accounting professional to own property-level accounting for a portfolio of commercial retail and office assets, delivering accurate US GAAP financial reporting and maintaining strong controls in a fast-growing environment.

The role targets 1–4 years of experience and covers GL accounting, reconciliations, CAM accounting, budgeting and variance analysis in a permanent, individual contributor position with clear opportunities for real estate finance

Competenze

• Experience in real estate accounting and US GAAP.
• Strong ledger and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Own property-level accounting for a portfolio of commercial assets.
