Third Bridge, a leading global research firm, is expanding its Editorial team in India. As a Proofreader, you will transform raw transcripts from technical conversations into polished, accurate content for clients, ensuring consistency in style and compliance.

Based in Mumbai or Pune (or willing to relocate), you will meet strict daily deadlines, apply multiple product guidelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to verify terminology and data.

Formación

• 3+ years’ professional experience in a proofreading/editorial role.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with financial content and business terminology preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proofread and edit to ensure transcripts are accurate, grammatically sound and aligned with internal guidelines.
• Work across different product-specific guidelines and workflows daily.
• Turn around high-quality content to strict daily deadlines, following Compliance and anonymisation requirements.
• Research market events, terminology, figures and other important datapoints to confirm accuracy.
• Collaborate with adjacent content production teams to resolve issues.
• Escalate transcription errors and Style Guide misalignments.
• Curate brief profiles of experts highlighting relevant experience.
• Contribute to the development of internal guidelines to improve content quality.

Third Bridge has several products in its fast-growing Content business. As we continue to expand our breadth and depth of coverage across industries, we are recruiting Proofreaders across various products and shifts to join our Editorial team.

You will join a highly collaborative, global team to help transform raw, verbatim transcripts of technical conversations into polished, error-free end products that are highly accurate, digestible and consistent in style, and that our clients can trust.

This role requires candidates to be currently based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai or Pune.

Responsibilities

• Proofreading and editing to ensure each transcript of a technical conversation is accurate, grammatically sound and aligns with internal guidelines
• Working across different product-specific guidelines and workflows daily
• Turning around high-quality content to strict daily deadlines, always following Compliance and anonymisation requirements
• Researching market events, terminology, figures and other important datapoints/information to confirm accuracy
• Proactively and quickly resolving issues, including collaborating with adjacent content production teams
• Escalating transcription errors and Style Guide misalignments
• Curating brief profiles of experts that highlight the experience that is most relevant to the piece of content
• Contributing to the development of internal guidelines and processes to continually improve content quality

• Have an exceptional command of English spelling, grammar, syntax and punctuation

• Be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ professional experience in a proofreading/editorial role
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with financial content and business and/or industry‑specific terminology preferred
