Content Review Specialist (Private Market)

**Job Description** The Private Markets team at Third Bridge supports European and North American Private Equity funds with their primary research needs by leveraging a portfolio of services and content available. You will join our content team based in Mumbai, whose aim is to build the world’s most extensive content library for PE/VC-backed companies across the US and Europe. Our content will allow investors in private markets to identify, track and research investment opportunities. Reporting to the Private Markets Quality Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we deliver our commitment to producing high‑quality content to institutional investment clients globally. Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive quality control reviews of reports produced on the back of interviews with specialists and assess them against our internal quality standards and metrics.
Grade reports based on informational richness, clarity, structural integrity, and relevance to the PE client's due diligence needs.
Ensure reports contain sufficient, relevant, and valuable qualitative information derived from the expert interview process.
Use external research platforms and news sources to verify content accuracy or identify discrepancies and coordinate with the content production team if further clarification is needed.

Pre‑Compliance Checkpoint

Collaborate with the compliance team to elevate content for compliance review and act as a first line of defence in identifying potential compliance issues or breaches.

Content Improvement & Feedback

Pinpoint specific areas of improvement across sections that deviate from required quality standards and provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to the content creation team.
Work closely with the content creation team to ensure continuous improvement in report quality.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders globally, including Interviewers, Compliance, and Operations teams, to ensure all content is of the highest standard.

A Successful Candidate Will

Think and review work from the perspective of an investor.
Have prior experience in researching and summarising content.
Have experience in dealing with written reports dedicated to the investment space.
Show a strong entrepreneurial drive and desire to develop Third Bridge Private Markets content products.
Be a results‑driven team contributor who can manage time effectively while maintaining a positive and can‑do attitude.
Be flexible to work different time zones as per business requirements.
Be able to thrive in a hybrid (remote and in‑office) environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
1–4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Prior experience using external databases such as PitchBook is preferred.
Highly developed attention to detail and researching skills.
Proficient in English.
Demonstrable interest in content covering various sectors and financial markets.
Eligible to work in Mumbai without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
