Job summary

Arohana Tech Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced AI Copilot Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and related GenAI technologies.

You will build chatbot applications, implement RAG, and integrate APIs with secure workflow orchestration, while following Responsible AI and governance practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Conversational AI or Generative AI development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar chatbot development platforms.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Conversational AI design principles.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Expertise in API Integration and Workflow Orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry and/or Databricks.
• Experience with testing frameworks and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise chatbot and AI Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build conversational AI applications with strong prompt engineering practices.
• Develop and integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI development standards and reusable components.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced AI Copilot Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in chatbot development, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), API integrations, and workflow orchestration. Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Databricks, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft 365 Copilot is highly preferred.
