Job description

1. Affix Master, Controlled copy, Obsolete, Issued by stamp on respective documents

and signing.

2. Issuance of logbooks, formats as per requirement

3. Review of daily trends (EM/water)

4. Conducting particle count in the facility as per schedule.

5. Ensure smooth execution of document issuance, distribution, control, retrieval and

data backup (Scanning) of relevant documents

6. Updation of master list i.e. master list of SOP, master List of SAP and TDS & master

list of Equipment and logbooks as and when activities are performed.

7. Tracking of all master documents w.r.t their periodic revision. e.g. Master list of SOP,

Master list of SAP & TDS & Master list of Equipment.

8. Trending of data related to QMS events for evaluation.

9. Tracking of activities assigned to QA function for timely review.

10. Support in dispensing and facility monitoring during batch manufacturing

11. Review of calibration records and schedule
