Job summary

Hero MotoCorp invites applications for the Project Support role in its Research & Development unit in Jaipur. You will plan and control product and process development for internal and external projects, ensuring targets on quality, cost and timelines.

You will liaise with the HD-USA Development centre for product development, lead technical discussions, and drive design reviews, ensuring project milestones and SOP readiness across functions.

Qualifications

• BE/ME (MBA) preferred or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with R&D and coordinate with HD-USA Development centre to ensure project targets on quality, cost and timelines.

A purpose driven role for you

Responsible for planning and controlling of all product and process development relating issues of his projects (including product planning, R&D, production, purchase and sales & marketing) from initial phase up to SOP - either internal or external projects.
Liaising with HD-USA Development centre for product development and lead technical discussions representing R&D as core and complete Hero as lead.
Responsible for achieving all project targets concerning product quality, cost and timelines

A Day in the life

Responsible for all product planning and controlling of his projects as per the approved Cycle Plan
Responsible for target achievement (CTQ) for his projects
Conduct Design review with relevant SME's
Plans, sets-up, and executes project structure incl. carry-over/commonality expectations
Plans and monitors the progress and completion of R-Flows which are related to his projects

Academic Qualification & Experience

BE/ ME/ (MBA)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

Planning, organization and follow up capability
Professional background either Body Design, Chassis Development or Vehicle Integration
Experienced in Project Management
