Job summary

SINCLUS is recruiting an experienced Project Scheduler for an Oil & Gas construction project in Qatar. The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience and a Diploma/Degree in Engineering. You will develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project, monitor progress, and prepare regular progress reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, analyze critical paths, forecast resources, and highlight risks to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor progress against baselines and identify delays or critical activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams for inputs and updates.
• Perform critical path analysis, resource planning and manpower forecasting.
• Highlight schedule risks, slippages and recommend corrective actions to meet milestones.
• Support MIS reports, dashboards and management reports.
