Job summary

TechnipFMC plc is seeking a Quality Engineer/Analyst in Hyderabad to support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems. You will coordinate employee training on quality processes and contribute to measuring performance across the site.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Quality, 2–5 years of experience, and strong knowledge of Management Systems. This is an on-site role at our Hyderabad site with a global energy leadership context.

Responsibilities

• Configures and upgrades the Quality Management System
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the QMS
• Develops and coordinates induction training to raise awareness on quality processes
• Communicates programs, standards and procedures to the quality team and other plant employees
• Participates in the elaboration of Group tools to measure performance
• Recommends new quality policies or procedures to ensure high quality products, processes or services
• Carries out extensive statistical analysis and work as per the result derived from the analysis
• Reports regularly regarding the system performance and new developments
