Total IT experience: 7+ years

Primary Skill/ Mandatory Skill: The candidate should be 3+ years of relevant experience, strong incident/problem/change knowledge, mature stakeholder communication, and the ability to monitor and challenge vendors, with datacenter and ITIL knowledge considered beneficial.

This team will provide 24x7*365 coverage on a rotational roster, handling incident, problem, change, and request fulfillment workflows while coordinating hardware vendors and facilities teams.

The main incidents are hardware and facility related.

Hardware issues are coordinated with a global hardware vendor, while facility issues such as elevated data-center room temperature are coordinated with the facilities team; the role records updates in the ticket and engages the required stakeholders.

The team processes data-center access requests, including emergency access approvals and escort arrangements. The smart scheduling, such as grouping multiple requests for the same data center is required so one visit can address several requests efficiently.

Secondary Skill / Good to have: Monitoring-platform knowledge and ITIL knowledge are advantageous. Mechanical or electrical knowledge related to data centers is preferred. Power BI & MS excel knowledge is needed.

Location: Pune, Kharadi (5 Days from Client Office)

Shift Timings if any: 24X5 rotational shifts (including night shifts)
