Inizio Ignite is seeking a Project Operations Analyst to bolster data, scheduling, and revenue processes within our project teams in Gurugram. You will collaborate with Finance and Project Managers to ensure data accuracy, support monthly reconciliations, and maintain project records in CRM and PSA systems.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3 years’ experience with Financial Force or PSA system preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills and MS Office experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Create and update projects in CRM and PSA, manage SOWs and PO files.
• Update project schedules on active projects with pricing, start dates, allocations.
• Create project billing milestones and revenue contracts for T&M and Fixed Fee.
• Track signed agreements and ensure proper storage.
• Monitor project pipeline data and perform daily cleanups.
• Identify and resolve project discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Monitor consultant timecard submissions and follow-ups.
• Prepare project financial and utilization reports.
• Support monthly revenue recognition with PM and update Lead.

Role Overview

The Project Operations Analyst will support the Project Operations and will report to the Project Operations Lead. This role will provide comprehensive Project Operations administration and will work closely with the Finance team and Project Managers. The Project Operations Analyst will be responsible for preparing and organizing data, ensuring data quality, and assisting with monthly reconciliations within the company’s project management and accounting systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Data & Revenue Coordination

• Create and update Projects in both the CRM & PSA, organize and store project SOWs and Purchase Orders
• Support project management by updating project schedules on Active projects while ensuring accuracy with rates, start dates and allocations based off approved pricing guide
• Assist with project lifecycle by creating Project billing milestones, resource requests, and revenue contracts for T&M and Fixed Fee Projects
• Track and follow-up with Project Managers for all signed Agreements. Ensuring receipt and appropriate storage
• Lead data monitoring and maintenance of Project Pipeline, & perform daily data cleanup
• Identify, research, and resolve issues regarding project discrepancies or updates; escalates as necessary
• Send monthly missing hours reminders, monitor Consultant timecard submissions for accuracy and follow-up as necessary
• Prepare reports like project financial, resources utilization, capacity reports etc.
• Support monthly project revenue recognition process by validating projects completion rate with project manager & reporting back to Project Operations Lead

Finance Support

• Provide operational and financial reporting support for Project Managers
• Financial Process documentation; create and maintain standard operating procedures
• Project Management system troubleshooting and Q&A

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years’ experience in Financial Force or other PSA system preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products, especially with Excel
• Organized, detail-oriented, and competent follow-through skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Ability to execute activities within complex processes
