Symbiosis Management Consultants is seeking a Wiring Harness Lead to drive end-to-end project execution for vehicle development programs. You will coordinate cross-functionally and ensure timely delivery of wiring harness and electrical architecture solutions.

The role requires 6–12 years in the automotive industry with expertise in wiring harness, EDS, and project management. Lead supplier coordination, gateways, and risk mitigation across multiple vehicle platforms.

We are looking for an experienced Wiring Harness Lead to drive end-to-end project execution for vehicle development programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, and successful implementation of wiring harness and electrical architecture solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of Wiring Harness programs across multiple vehicle platforms.
• Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource planning to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive project governance, gateway deliverables, program reviews, and risk mitigation throughout the vehicle development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with platform teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution.
• Track E-BOM readiness, software releases, validation status, engineering changes, and vehicle build requirements.
• Monitor project MIS, KPIs, cost control, and budget adherence while driving continuous improvements.
• Support scope finalization, budget estimation, supplier coordination, contracts, and knowledge management initiatives.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical and program-related issues through effective stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6-12 years of experience in the Automotive Industry with expertise in Wiring Harness, Electrical Distribution Systems (EDS), Electrical Architecture, and Project/Program Management.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional automotive projects from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of the vehicle development lifecycle, gateway management, and engineering release processes.
• Experience in supplier management, validation, release management, budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Strong project planning, stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
