Satyam Venture Engineering Services Private Limited is seeking an Engineer for EDS / Wiring Harness at Chennai. 4–6 years of wiring harness design experience is required, along with knowledge of vehicle architecture and EESE collaboration.

The role involves creating drawings, optimizing wiring, and supporting packaging studies for electrical modules. The candidate should be capable of independent design work and effective communication with program stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in wiring harness design.
• Experience with benchmarking & packaging studies for electrical modules.
• Ability to independently design attachments brackets (Plastic/Sheetmetal) is a plus.
• Strong communication to handle program stakeholders & suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Electrical & Electronics Systems Engineering (EESE) team to support requests and develop engineered solutions.
• Knowledge in Vehicle Architecture, Vehicle Aggregate Groups, Sub- Groups, Systems and Sub- Systems.
• Strong communication skill is mandatory to handle Program Stake Holders & Suppliers.
• Good Knowledge in Teamcenter Engineering & Vismockup.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.
• Highly committed and motivated. Should be a self-starter.
