Darwinbox is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee SaaS product implementations from planning to delivery. You will coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage resources, and ensure projects meet budget and quality targets.

The role follows a US-aligned shift and requires strong governance and reporting discipline. The ideal candidate holds a BTech or equivalent degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, PMP/Prince2 certification, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management for SaaS product implementations would be preferred.
• PMP/Prince2 Certified and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Centrally managing end-to-end project life cycle and driving optimization of operating models.
• Provide a central repository for all projects and project information.
• Conduct governance calls to manage processes for ongoing projects and ensure commitments are met by both Darwinbox and client teams.
• Capture project health and monitor resource allocation; provide insights into effective processes.
• Ability to use project management tools and track/review projects.
• Review/prep Gantt charts and predict delays.
• Prepare status reports and highlight setbacks to timelines; propose mitigations.

About the role:

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and mitigate risks to achieve project goals efficiently.

US Shift: 3 PM -12 AM

What you can expect:

• Centrally Managing end-to-end project life cycle and driving optimization of operating models.
• Provide a central repository for all projects and project information.
• Conducting governance calls to manage the processes for ongoing projects and ensuring project commitments are being met by Darwinbox's implementation team as well as the Client's implementation team.
• Capture project health and monitor resource allocation and provide insights into processes and frameworks that work.
• Ability to use Project management tools and track/review projects using these tools
• Review/prepare Gantt charts for projects and predict delays
• Prepare status reports, highlight setbacks to the project timelines, proactively escape potential red flags, and recommend mitigation solutions.
