Darwinbox is hiring a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise HRMS implementations. You will coordinate with stakeholders, drive risk management, and ensure go-live success with rigorous governance and sign-offs at key milestones.

The role requires 6+ years of PM experience in SaaS product implementations, PMP/Prince2 certification, and strong MS Office skills. US shift 3 PM–12 AM and a dynamic growth environment await at Darwinbox.

Qualifications

• BTech or equivalent degree required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• PMP or Prince2 certification preferred; MS Office proficiency essential.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for concurrent enterprise HRMS implementations.
• Lead the integration workstream and manage dependencies with vendors and client IT.
• Govern the stage-gate lifecycle with formal client sign-off at each gate.
• Uphold internal quality control and ensure deliverables are reviewed.
• Manage the commercial shape of the engagement and track variance.
• Maintain governance and escalate risk early when needed.
• Drive customer advocacy and convert delivery into references.

About the role:

A Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and mitigate risks to achieve project goals efficiently.

• US Shift: 3 PM -12 AM

What you can expect:

• Own end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of concurrent enterprise HRMS implementations, from kickoff through go-live and hypercare , against a baseline you establish and defend.
• Lead the integration workstream , driving requirements to sign-off and holding internal delivery teams, third-party vendors, and client IT to their dependencies.
• Govern the stage-gate lifecycle , securing formal client sign-off at each major gate before the engagement advances.
• Uphold internal quality control , ensuring configuration and deliverables are independently reviewed before they reach the client.
• Manage the commercial shape of the engagement , tracking effort and schedule against baseline and surfacing variance early with a documented cause and a formal change path.
• Maintain governance that reflects delivery reality , escalating risk well before it becomes an issue.
• Drive customer advocacy , ensuring feedback is formally captured at defined milestones and converting successful delivery into references.

Who should apply?

• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in project management for SaaS product implementations would be preferred.
• PMP/Prince2 Certified and proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
