Key Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the US healthcare BPO industry, with a focus on transitions and solutioning.
• Proven expertise in handling large‑scale transitions in areas like RCM, HCC coding, claims management, and other healthcare back‑office functions.
• Hands‑on experience in solution design, client management, and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of US healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• PMP certification or relevant project management certifications are preferred.
• Expertise in US healthcare industry standards, practices, and technologies.
