Job summary

Sirion in Gurugram, India is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead complex software and SaaS delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and commercial commitments, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes Agile/Scrum practices, techno-commercial management, and effective communication with stakeholders and customers across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 9–13 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management in IT/software or B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven end-to-end software development or SaaS delivery management experience.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum, sprint planning and project execution.
• Experience managing techno-commercial aspects: estimation, budgeting and resource planning.
• PMP certification is desirable; solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile PM practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and delivery, including scope, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies and risks.
• Drive Agile project execution through sprint planning, backlog management, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure on-time delivery within scope, quality and timelines.
• Manage project estimation, resource planning, budgets and commercial commitments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation and business teams to drive project outcomes.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues and key decisions with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Establish governance, documentation and reporting processes; identify opportunities to improve delivery processes.

As a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of complex software and SaaS projects. Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table

• Experience:
• 9–13 years of experience in Project Management / Program Management, preferably within IT, software or B2B SaaS organizations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end software development or SaaS delivery projects.
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning and project execution.
• Experience managing techno-commercial aspects of projects, including estimation, budgeting and resource planning.
• Certifications & Tools
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile project management practices.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with MS Project.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Educational Qualification
