Qualifications

• Proven SaaS project delivery of multi-million value.
• Strong client relationship management and communication.
• Experience migrating clients from on-prem to SaaS.
• AI experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms in financial services.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives
• Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing strategic solutions
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS and On‑premise software projects to meet client expectations and business goals
• Lead project teams to innovate and implement AI‑powered solutions that enhance value for clients
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, upselling, cross‑selling, and revenue growth through effective project management strategies
• Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the project team
• Stay up‑to‑date with trends in SaaS technologies and the financial services domain to drive project success
• Develop project strategies aligned with business innovation goals
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets set for the project portfolio
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, to high‑quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• At least 10 years of related experience in project management
• Formal Project Management accreditation (PMP and/or PRINCE required)
• Strong experience in managing client relationships, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Proven track record of delivering large, complex, successful SaaS projects ($5m+ value), on time and within budget
• Expert‑level proficiency with MS Project and strong financial management skills
• Experience migrating clients and software from on‑premises solutions to SaaS
• Demonstrated leadership in cross‑functional teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions in project management
• Familiarity with the latest SaaS platforms and technologies
• AI experience and hands‑on usage
