Nordex Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end S/4HANA Quality implementations and rollouts from requirements through go-live and hypercare. You will own scope, budget, timelines, and benefits realization while harmonising global QHSE processes across sites.

You will coordinate testing, data migration, and go-live readiness with business and IT, driving change management and training to ensure adoption.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years as Project Manager with expertise in S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Experience managing an IT outsourcer or system integrator (requirements, change requests, SLAs, testing and acceptance).
• Experience within IT/automation transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Quality Management tools, e.g. NCR process, problem solving, FMEA.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Experience with the S/4HANA Quality (QM) module and its integration with other modules (e.g. MM, PP, SD).
• Proven Program Management experience, demonstrating the ability to manage larger groups of stakeholders and multiple interrelated projects.
• Background in QHSE Management, e.g. knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001.
• Project Management education or certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is welcome, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Familiarity with QHSE platforms such as Osapiens and Quentic.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of S/4HANA Quality implementation and rollout projects, from requirements and fit-to-standard through build, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
• Own scope, budget, timeline and benefits realisation of the projects.
• Gather and consolidate business requirements with process owners, supporting harmonised global QHSE processes across sites.
• Coordinate testing and user acceptance, data migration and go-live readiness together with business and IT.
• Drive change management and adoption: key user network, training and communication.
• IT demand and ITO management
• Manage and align the Global QHSE IT-demand portfolio, prioritising requests together with business and IT.
• Raise and steer IT and change requests towards the ITO: requirements, effort estimates, planning, SLA follow-up and acceptance of deliverables.
• Governance, reporting and leadership
• Establish project policies, procedures, templates and best practices, ensuring compliance with organisational Project Management standards.
• Manage resource allocation, risks and scheduling of the projects.
• Track key performance indicators and project milestones; monitor project performance.
• Ensure adequate and transparent reporting to stakeholders, senior management and executives.
• Maintain visibility across all projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage and drive cross-functional teams, ensuring transversal projects meet the requirements of the business.
