Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Technical Lead to manage and lead Web and Mobile UI projects. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise in React JS and React Native, along with strong project management and team leadership skills to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Web and Mobile UI projects
• Lead the React & Web UI development team
• Plan project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with UI/UX, Backend, QA, and other stakeholders
• Participate in requirement analysis and provide technical solutions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and UI guidelines
• Review code, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues
• Conduct Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews)
• Communicate project status to management and clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in Project Management and Frontend Development
• Strong hands‑on experience in React JS and React Native
• Experience working with REST APIs and frontend state management
• Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of UI frameworks (Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Prior experience in client‑facing roles
