Job summary

Talpro is seeking an experienced UI Developer to design and build modern, scalable web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.

The role involves frontend architecture, performance optimization and clean, maintainable code with a strong emphasis on UI best practices. Hybrid work with 3 days in the office and an in-person interview in Mumbai (BKC) are required.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced UI Developer with strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript to design and build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and UI best practices, with a strong focus on clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

UI & Frontend Development

• Design and develop responsive, user-centric web applications using:
  • React
  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • HTML5 & CSS3
• Translate UI/UX designs, wireframes, and mockups into high-quality code
• Build reusable and scalable frontend components and libraries

Application Quality & Performance

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness
• Ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
• Identify and resolve UI bugs and performance issues
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs
• Collaborate with backend developers, UX designers, and product teams
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions
• Follow modern frontend best practices and frameworks
• Contribute to UI architecture, standards, and guidelines
• Mentor junior developers where required
• Stay updated with latest frontend technologies and trends

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in:

• React.js
• Next.js
• TypeScript

Strong proficiency in:

Experience with:

• REST API integration
• State management (Redux / Context API or similar)
• Performance optimization

Familiarity with:

• Git / version control
