Job Overview

Client is hiring a technically strong Project Manager II – Frontend/UI to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex software projects. The role requires hands‑on understanding of modern frontend stacks (React/Angular/JS/HTML), AWS cloud, and agile delivery, working closely with solution architects, engineers, and product stakeholders to drive high‑quality, on‑time outcomes.

Experience Required: 10–15 years total (6+ years in project/program management). Compensation: INR 19,00,000 – 29,00,000 CTC.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross‑functional Scrum teams to deliver software projects on time, within scope and quality standards.
• Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to understand designs, dependencies, and integrations.
• Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders; communicate progress, risks, and deliverables clearly.
• Drive Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Track and improve delivery using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, etc.).
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and proactively remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Manage dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Maintain documentation of requirements, design decisions, and project updates.
• Oversee deployment readiness, change management, and post‑release reviews.

Must‑Have Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/program management in a software/technology environment.
• Strong technical understanding of frontend architectures using JavaScript and at least one framework (React or Angular); must be hands‑on enough to read code/flows.
• Hands‑on familiarity with AWS cloud services and deployment processes.
• Proven experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and running core ceremonies.
• Ability to read and interpret solution design docs, sequence diagrams, and technical specs.
• Strong command of Agile delivery metrics and experience managing delivery dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical details for business stakeholders.
• Experience with project/collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitHub (or similar).
• Highly data‑driven mindset; able to analyze delivery trends and drive process improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage priorities across multiple parallel initiatives.
• Mandatory Tech/Process Keywords: JavaScript / Angular / React / HTML; Agile / Scrum; Project Management (hands‑on delivery leader).

Good‑to‑Have Skills

• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, PMI‑ACP.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience managing distributed/remote teams.
• Familiarity with API/microservices‑based projects.
• Understanding of UX/UI design processes and collaboration workflows.
• Prior client‑facing or consulting experience.
