Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PMC/high-rise building experience, civil engineering background, and PMP with Primavera expertise. Strong client handling, communication, and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant PMC/high-rise building experience.
• Graduation in Civil Engineering; MBA/PG degrees add advantage.
• Experience with Primavera planning and PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement PMC systems and formats.
• Guide and prepare team for kick-off meetings.
• Monitor day-to-day project team communications.
• Assign staff based on competency and workload.
• Monitor staff effectiveness and outputs.
• Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
• Plan resources and assist Head of PMC with resource planning.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collections.
• Handle client escalations and complaints to drive satisfaction.
• Assist Head of PMC for business growth and customer satisfaction.

The job incumbent is responsible for Technical and operational accountability for the PMC Business of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.

The position performs in line with the TUV India Quality Assurance System, including the TUV India Code of Ethics and the TUV India Group policy.

Attend all Client escalations & Trouble shooting the issues

Should Prepare & Implementation of PMC Systems & Formats

Should guide & prepare the team members for Kick off meetings

Should monitor the day to day mail correspondence of Project team

Assigning Staff of various jobs based on job requirements matching competency.

Effective utilization of the Engineers.

Monitoring of effectiveness/out puts of the staff.

Identifying training needs and organizing training for the Engineers.

Planning of resources required and assist the Head of PMC resource planning

Timely invoicing and collection of money receivables.

Complaint Management: monitoring quality of TUV India Services, reporting any clients dissatisfaction / complaint and assisting in mitigating the same.

Assist Head of PMC for business growth and customer satisfaction.
