Job summary

Nx-dt in Hyderabad, India is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects with deep functional/technical grounding and strong program management in a multi-vendor, dual‑shore delivery environment.

The role requires 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience, 3+ full-cycle implementations (including at least 1 R12), and PM certification preferred. You will drive SDLC‑based delivery and coordinate cross‑functional teams to successful Go‑Live.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall Oracle EBS experience with SME in at least one EBS module
• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations, including 1 R12
• Hands-on in requirements gathering, gap/fit analysis, solution design and configuration
• Proficiency in OUM/AIM methodology documentation
• Strong project/program management experience, PMP preferred
• Experience in multi-vendor, collaborative teams
• Experience in dual-shore (onshore/offshore) delivery model
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience raising/managing Oracle SRs and coordinating with Oracle support
• Clear understanding of Oracle Apps technical architecture
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional/technical grounding in Oracle EBS along with strong program and project management capabilities, working across a multi-vendor, dual-shore delivery environment.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of overall Oracle EBS experience, with demonstrated Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one EBS module/cycle
• Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations, including at least 1 R12 full-cycle implementation
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, gap/fit analysis, solution design, and configuration
• Proficiency in preparing OUM/AIM methodology documentation
• Strong project/program management experience, ideally with formal PM certification (PMP preferred)
• Proven ability to work effectively in multi-vendor environments as a collaborative team player
• Experience working in a dual-shore (onshore/offshore) delivery model
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive resolution of critical/priority issues
• Working knowledge of raising and managing Oracle Support Service Requests (SRs) and coordinating with Oracle support teams
• Clear understanding of Oracle Apps technical architecture
