Job summary

Dhanush EnggServices India Private Limited is seeking a PMO Mechanical professional for Greenfield industrial projects in Gujarat. The role requires hands-on exposure to mechanical works and ensures alignment with approved drawings and specifications.

You will develop and monitor detailed mechanical project schedules using Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6, track progress, mitigate delays, and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in mechanical works.
• Exposure to pumps, blowers, ETP, STP, chillers, boilers.
• Exposure to MS Word, Excel is good.
• MSP / P6 shall be an added advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage site execution of mechanical works (HVAC, utilities, piping, equipment installation, etc.) as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed mechanical project schedules using Excel, MS Project (MSP) and Primavera P6. (MSP & P6 not mandatory)
• Track progress against baseline schedules; identify delays, risks, and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Support planning, sequencing for mechanical activities.
• Maintain project documentation.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem solving skills.
