Anita Enterprises is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead MDPE pipeline laying, tie-ins, and LMC works for City Gas Distribution projects across India. The role requires prior TPI experience with a PMC or inspection agency and strong knowledge of PNGRB guidelines, MDPE execution, quality assurance, and commissioning.

You will manage site execution, contractor coordination, safety, client liaison, and QA/QC documentation, ensuring compliance with IS/ASME piping standards.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience as a Third Party Inspector (TPI) with a PMC or Inspection Agency on CGD/pipeline projects.
• 1–3 years in City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects.
• Strong knowledge of MDPE pipeline laying, electrofusion/butt fusion jointing, pressure testing, tie-ins, and LMC works.
• Good understanding of PNGRB regulations and IS/ASME piping standards.
• Willingness to work at project sites across India.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor MDPE pipeline laying and LMC/service connection works per PNGRB and IS/ASME.
• Supervise site execution teams and contractors for timely completion.
• Coordinate with PMC/TPI agencies for inspections and approvals.
• Ensure proper fusion jointing, pressure testing, tie-ins, and commissioning.
• Maintain QA/QC records, test reports, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with authorities for ROW/ROU permissions.
• Implement HSE practices and toolbox talks at sites.
• Resolve on-site technical issues with clients and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Third Party Inspector (TPI) with a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or Inspection Agency and should possess strong expertise in CGD pipeline execution, quality assurance, pressure testing, commissioning, and compliance with PNGRB guidelines.

The role involves complete site execution, contractor management, safety compliance, client coordination, and quality documentation for MDPE pipeline and service connection projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor MDPE pipeline laying and LMC/service connection works as per PNGRB guidelines and applicable IS/ASME codes.
• Supervise site execution teams and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with PMC/Third Party Inspection (TPI) agencies for stage-wise inspections and quality approvals.
• Ensure proper electrofusion and butt fusion jointing, pressure testing, tie-ins, and commissioning of pipeline sections.
• Track project progress, manpower, material utilization, and daily site activities.
• Coordinate with local authorities and landowners for Right of Way (ROW)/Right of Use (ROU) permissions.
• Implement HSE practices, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure safety compliance at project sites.
• Maintain QA/QC records, joint history sheets, pressure test reports, and as-built drawings.
• Resolve site-level technical and operational issues in coordination with clients and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 1 - 3 years in City Gas Distribution (CGD) projects.
